  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.

  • Certain items, such as personal care products, cosmetics, and hygiene-related items, are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

2. Return Process

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product and place a new order.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
